The MINIARTE INTERNACIONALPROJECT was founded in 2003 by Brazilian visual artist Clara Pechansky, and in these 22 years has already produced 51 editions in 20 countries of 5 continents, with the participation of more than 3000 artists, comprizing 20 different collections.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
- There is no selection of works. Artists will participate upon payment of the subscription;
- Works will not be for sale and are not under insurance. They will be included in the MINIARTE INTERNATIONAL PROJECT – SURREAL COLLECTION, and if this collection is shown again, the artist will not be charged;
- Works that do not follow these rules will not be accepted.
PARTICIPATION FEE – subscriptions – photos – deadlines.
Regular subscription: USD28,00 (twenty eight American dollars) per artist.
Official period of subscription and photos sending: from May 8 to September 8, 2025.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS – discounts
Early subscription: USD$ 23,00 (twenty three American dollars) per artist.
Períod of early subscriptions: From May 8 to July 20, 2025
Groups of 10 participants:
Subscription: USD$20,00 (twenty American dollars) per artist. The group leader (11th subscription) will be free of payment.
Períod of group subscriptions: From May 8 to September 8, 2025.
REGULAR SUBSCRIPTION – USD$28,00 (twenty eight American dollars) per artist.
Períod of regular subscriptions: From July 21 to September 8, 2025

RULES
Article 1 – For edition 52 of the Miniarte International Project 22 Years (COLLECTION SURREAL) each participant will only send a photo of her/ his work under the theme SURREAL, in SQUARE FORMAT, using any technique, and produced from 2022 on.
Article 2 – The artist will send only the photo of the work by email, including the technical data – mandatory (please see Technical Sheet at the end of these rules).
Article 3 – The original work may have 2 or 3 dimensions, being accepted ceramics, sculpture and objects. The original work may bear any size, because the photo will be reduced and printed in Brazil.
Article 4 – Do not send your photo by whatsapp. Send a digital photo through the technical sheet form at the end of the regulations, until September 8, 2025. Photo must be square, in high resolution, JPG, if possible in 300 DPI, with mínimum 1 Mega and máximum 2 mega. In ítem “Subject” please write Artist’s name. Please use the same name for all purposes.
Article 5 – Catalogue – The good quality of the photo will generate a better quality in the catalogue, which will be only virtual and will be published in the website https://www.miniartex.org.
Article 6 – Artist’s compromise – Paying the fee implies on artist’s commitment to send payment and photo until deadline, besides following the articles of these rules. The artist is also authorizing the organization of the event to publicize her/his work in Brazil and abroad.
Article 7 – General International Coordination – All above items are mandatory. Messages with questions or doubts must be sent only to clarapech@gmail.com. Cases not mentioned in these rules will be solved by the General International Coordinator in collaboration with the Miniart partners.
